  Welcome to my office's website. Located on Georgia Highway 92 in Woodstock, near the Dixie Speedway. I handle primarily civil matters including:

          --preparation of wills, powers-of-attorneys and "living wills";

          --probate of estates both with and without wills;

          --divorce and related matters, including modifications and prenuptial agreements;

          --contract review and disputes;

          -- small business formation (incorporation, L.L.C.s, et cetera).

          --name changes for children and adults;

          --collection of sums due;

          --damages to property.
